Brocus IT Solutions LLC ("Brocus," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through brocusitsolutionsusa.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide to us. When you contact us, request a consultation, or submit a form, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, and any details you share about your needs.
• Consent records. We record your consent selections, including whether you affirmatively opted in to receive text messages, together with the date, time, IP address, and web page on which that consent was given.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
• Call tracking data. When you call the number shown on the Site, we may collect the number you dialed, the number you called from, call duration, and the page or campaign that led to the call.
• Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from marketing partners, lead-generation partners, analytics providers, and the service providers we work with, which we may combine with information we already hold.

2. Communications we record

We may monitor and record communications between you and us, including telephone calls, SMS text messages, and emails, in compliance with applicable laws. We do this for quality assurance, advisor training, dispute resolution, and to meet our legal and record-keeping responsibilities.

Telephone calls: where a call is recorded, we provide notice at the start of the call. Some U.S. states require the consent of all parties to a recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell the advisor and you may continue by email instead.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the guidance and services you request.
• Match you with, and refer you to, suitable third-party providers.
• Contact you by telephone and email about your request and about offers that may interest you, consistent with the consent you provide.
• Send you text messages about your inquiry, but only where you have separately and affirmatively opted in to our SMS program (see Section 5).
• Monitor and record communications. To monitor and record any communications we have with you, including phone conversations and SMS text messaging (in compliance with applicable laws) and emails, to ensure we are providing you with quality service and meeting our legal responsibilities.
• Operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Site.
• Measure the performance of our marketing and understand how visitors use the Site.
• Legal, security, or safety reasons. Such as protecting our and our users' safety, property, or rights, complying with legal requirements, enforcing our terms, conditions, and policies, detecting, preventing, and responding to security incidents, and protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
• As part of a corporate transaction. Such as in connection with the sale of part or all of our assets or business, the acquisition of part or all of another business or another business' assets, or another corporate transaction, including bankruptcy.

4. How we share your information

We are an advisory service, so sharing certain information is central to what we do. We may share your information with:

• Third-party providers. When you request a quote, consultation, or service, we share the relevant details with one or more independent providers so they can follow up with you by telephone and deliver service. Once your information is shared, the provider's own privacy policy will also apply to how they use it. Text messaging opt-in data and SMS consent are never included in provider referrals.
• Service vendors. Companies that perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, customer communication, SMS delivery, call tracking, and marketing support. These vendors act as our subcontractors in support services and are under obligations to protect your information.
• Advertising partners. Third-party advertising and analytics platforms may receive certain information through cookies and tags on the Site in order to deliver relevant advertising and measure its performance. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from all advertising partner sharing.
• Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, respond to legal process, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. Some sharing for advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws, and you may exercise the choices described in Section 8. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never included in this sharing.

5. Marketing communications and your consent

5.1 Telephone calls

If you provide your contact details and consent, we and the providers we work with may contact you by telephone, including prerecorded or automated calls, and by email. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase. You may ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list by contacting us, and you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-marketing messages related to a request you made.

5.2 Text messages — TCPA consent notice

By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms and submitting your mobile phone number, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Brocus IT Solutions LLC at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Text message consent is separate from your consent to receive telephone calls, and it is never inherited from a third-party lead-generation form. We enroll a number in our SMS program only where the consent box was checked on a Brocus IT Solutions web form.

5.3 SMS / mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Brocus IT Solutions LLC sends text messages only to individuals who have provided express written consent by checking the SMS consent box on a Brocus IT Solutions website form. Messages relate to consultation requests, availability confirmations, appointment scheduling, and related service updates.

• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your inquiry and stage of service.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Brocus does not charge for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, email support@brocusitsolutionsusa.com, or call (855) 487-0595.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Providers in our network do not send text messages on the basis of consent you provide to us, and your SMS consent is not shared with them.

6. Compensation and our role

Brocus may receive compensation from the third-party providers we work with in connection with referrals. This does not add any cost to you and does not change the privacy choices available to you under this policy.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, support our advertising, and attribute telephone calls to the campaign or page that generated them. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Site works. We may also use third-party analytics and advertising services that set their own cookies and collect information about your activity over time and across websites. You can opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or youradchoices.com.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Florida, California, and others, may have these and additional rights. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

Submitting requests

To make a request, email us at support@brocusitsolutionsusa.com with the subject line "Privacy Request", call (855) 487-0595, or write to us at the address in Section 13. We will verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We may decline to process requests that are frivolous or unreasonably repetitive or burdensome, impact the rights or privacy of others, or are extremely impractical.

9. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In particular:

• Active inquiries and referral records: retained while your request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
• Closed or inactive inquiries: typically retained for 3 years.
• Call recordings: retained for a limited period for quality assurance and dispute resolution, and longer where a dispute, claim, or legal obligation requires it.
• SMS consent records: retained for at least 5 years after consent is withdrawn, as required to evidence compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
• Marketing opt-out, STOP, and do-not-call lists: retained indefinitely so we can continue honoring your opt-out.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

13. Changes to this policy and how to contact us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
